WEIGHING KIT FOR VEHICLES WITH PNEUMATIC SUSPENSION

OPERATION

Using sensors, the pressure of the pneumatic suspension system is accurately measured.

With this system, any change on the air pressure is electronically detected, and results in an indication -in kg- in the equipment installed at the cabin.

After performing an easy calibration, it is possible to reach accurate measurements better than ±0.5% of total weight, depending on the type of trailer.

INSTALLATION

This Kit contains all the necessary elements to perform the installation (tubes, tube fittings, boxes, screws, cables, sensors and weighing indicator); thus, this installation can be performed in about three hours.

The installation manual is easily undertood, with pictures and drawings that allows a fast installation and start up.

HANDLING

The equipment installed inside the cabin is easy handling, since with two keys it is possible to know the weight of the tractor, the trailer, the net weight, the stowage and the total.

The weight indication divisions are of 10 kg, and it is possible to know how to be handled without reading a big manual.
